2. Overview
When you visit this website, technically necessary data is processed, such as IP address, browser type, operating system and time of access. Data from the contact form is used only to handle your enquiry.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by webgo GmbH (Hamburg, Germany). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
4. Cookies and local storage
We only use one technically necessary session cookie that protects the contact form against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is deleted when you close your browser.
If you choose settings in the accessibility menu, they are stored only locally in your browser (localStorage). This data is not transmitted to us and can be deleted with “Reset” or in your browser settings.
We do not embed analytics, advertising, map or social media services, so no consent is required.
5. Contact form
We store the details you enter to process your enquiry and for follow-up questions. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). IP addresses are stored only as a hash to prevent abuse. We delete data once the purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.
6. Links to Google Maps, Apple Maps and WhatsApp
No maps are embedded on this website. We only link to Google Maps and Apple Maps, for example “Plan your route”. Only when you click such a link do you leave our website; the privacy policies of Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) or Apple (Apple Distribution International Ltd.) then apply.
You can message us via the WhatsApp button. Here too, a connection to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta) is only made when you tap it. If you write to us via WhatsApp, we process your message and phone number to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Please do not send sensitive data via WhatsApp. You can always reach us by phone, email or the contact form instead.
7. Analytics and advertising
No analytics or advertising services are currently embedded on this website. Should this change, such services will load only with consent.
8. Fonts
Fonts are served locally from our server. No connection to Google Fonts is made.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@boarding-house-muenchen.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law.
11. Security
This website uses TLS encryption. Complete security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
